As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take the lead on large-scale residential and new-build schemes, providing expert cost consultancy from inception through to completion.

The Role:
- Manage project budgets and cost plans from start to finish
- Prepare feasibility studies and cost estimates for new developments
- Lead procurement advice, tender documentation, and contractor negotiations
- Oversee financial control, valuations, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide strategic cost advice to private developers on large-scale residential schemes
- Handle post-contract cost control, including variations, final accounts, and compliance
The Person:
- Proven QS experience (ideally within a consultancy environment for private developers)
- MRICS or working towards it
