Konker is working with a busy practice in Winchester, who have several large projects coming through!

Their core work is masterplanning and site layout for large housing developments (typically stage 2-3 planning), with some technical and onsite work as well.

This practice has a sizeable ecology team, which is a real strength for them too!

This role is for somebody who is already at a senior level, with experience delivering projects, who could, over time move into a broader role including business development and potentially bringing work and clients into the practice.
