The Business:
A reputable event organiser who hosts industry-leading events across the UK across many verticals such as Healthcare, Education & Public Sector.
They’ve operated for years, incredibly stable and now looking to get to that next stage. With office in Surrey and London, you’re time at each will be split.
This business hosts several types of events such as round tables, 1-2-1’s and hosted buyers.
The Position:
As a Portfolio Director, you’ll be responsible for driving performance. A team of up to 10 sales professionals, ultimately, how can you get the very best out of them.
As the team grows, different dynamics take place and we’re looking for someone who has a firm but fair approach. Someone who has extensive people management experience, ideally of sales professionals.
This position is part of the senior leadership team and will report directly into the MD.
This is an exciting time to join the business as they have plans to continue on their growth mission and this role will play a pivotal role in that.
The role is 3 days a week in the office, split between both offices.
