Uprated has worked with Konker for the past 2 years and Ashley has been instrumental in helping us to attract talent to the agency. The last 12 months saw us win a number of new clients, including some that required us to quickly add resource.

Ashley understood our agency, culture and needs, enabling him to quickly identify candidates who were a strong fit for the business, saving us a significant amount of time and allowing us to reduce our typical recruitment time frame to meet our new clients’ needs.
