What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing site appraisals
- Feasibility studies and pre-application advice
- Producing Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans
- Undertaking traffic modelling and junction capacity assessments
- Liaising with clients, local authorities and wider project teams
- Attending meetings with stakeholders and representing the business professionally
- Supporting the delivery of projects across a variety of sectors
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and reputation of the business
What They’re Looking For
- Degree qualified in a relevant subject
- Experience within a transport planning consultancy environment
- Strong experience preparing Transport Assessments and related reports
- Experience with traffic modelling software such as Paramics, VISSIM or SATURN
- Ability to manage client relationships and represent the business professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, self-motivated and solutions focused approach
- Experience in highway design or Road Safety Audits desirable
- Experience supporting large scale residential developments through the planning process desirable
