Apply nowKonker is recruiting for a Architectural Technologist to join a great architectural practice based on the outskirts of Preston.
This is a fabulous chance to join a practice that has worked on some of the region’s most iconic and finest buildings.
Employing 65 professionals and considered one of the leading Healthcare RIBA practices in the UK, they are going through a period of growth where they have multiple opportunities available for Technicians, Technologists, and Architects of all levels to join them.
They are based in a rural location, working in a beautifully converted barn, with a relaxed and professional atmosphere.
The practice uses the latest software, which sees all new projects that come into the practice worked in Revit, and the practice operates within a BIM Environment. Revit training is provided if you don’t have any previous experience.
As an Architectural Technologist, your role will focus on producing working drawings, planning applications, and tender drawing packages. For the right projects, you will also be job-running and working as part of a team on large-scale projects.
In addition, you will be supported for your MCIAT if not already Chartered, which includes being part of the study support group and having your own personal mentor.
Salary & Benefits: Architectural Technologist
- £27.5K-£40K – depending on previous experience.
- Hybrid Working – Three days in the office, two days at home – after probation.
- Discretionary end-of-year bonus
