Associate Architect/Associate Technologist

We are working with a practice in Winchester that is seeking an Associate Architect or Associate Architectural Technologist who is ready for their next challenge. 

This B Corp certified, employee owned practice is made up of over 300 employees across a range of sectors and disciplines such as interior design, town planning, masterplanning, landscape architecture and graphic design.

This opportunity would suit someone with a strong background in project delivery who is looking to take on greater responsibility and play a more influential role within a successful practice. You will also bring a working knowledge of Revit. 

While previous healthcare sector experience would be beneficial, we welcome applications from individuals with experience in other sectors who can demonstrate strong technical, leadership, and project management capabilities.

As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading projects, supporting colleagues, and fostering collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You will bring a positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality design and technical solutions.

This role offers the chance to contribute to the strategic growth of the business, influence project outcomes, and help develop the next generation of talent within the practice.

The salary range for this role is £50,000 – £60,000
