The Role
You’ll lead the delivery of Electrical Building Services projects while managing a small team of around four engineers, developing client relationships and playing a key role in the future growth of the business. This remains a hands-on engineering position, combining technical Electrical design with project leadership, client engagement and mentoring. More importantly, you’ll be joining a business actively looking to develop future Directors and Shareholders, making this far more than a traditional Associate role.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven Electrical Building Services design experience
• Associate level experience or an ambitious Principal Electrical Engineer ready to step up
• Strong project delivery and client-facing skills
• Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers
• Healthcare project experience would be advantageous but is not essential
• Commercially aware, driven and keen to play a key role in the future of a growing consultancy
