An established Essex-based practice is hiring a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its Billericay team. Live project exposure from the off, strong Part 3 support behind it, and a varied workload across multiple sectors that gives you a solid foundation to build on.

You’ll work alongside experienced architects on live projects, contributing to design, technical and delivery work across the RIBA stages. The kind of studio where you’re trusted to get stuck in rather than sidelined onto feasibility studies.

A typical week as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant in Billericay:

• Working live projects across multiple RIBA stages, from concept through to technical and on-site work.
• Producing drawings, design development work, and supporting the wider project team.
• Getting involved in client meetings, site visits, and design reviews early on.
• Building solid understanding of design, technical and legislative requirements.

What we’re looking for in this Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• RIBA Part 2 (or completing it imminently), with the intention of working towards Part 3.
• Strong Revit skills.
• Curious, organised, and willing to take ownership of your work.
• Confident communicator, comfortable working across teams.
