3 – Ace the interview with overall Business awareness

Marketing isn’t just about creativity – It’s about impact. Show that you understand how your work ties into revenue, brand growth, or customer retention.

How to stand out in interviews:

  • Talk about the “why” behind your decisions.
  • Share real outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Ask questions: “What are your key marketing KPIs for the next 6 months?”
  • Remember that confidence is great, but clarity and relevance are better.
