Architect

We are working with a forward-thinking architectural practice that is looking to appoint an experienced Architect to join its London studio, based near Vauxhall station.

This role offers the opportunity to lead projects across a range of sectors, taking responsibility for project delivery from early design stages through to completion.

Working within a collaborative and ambitious environment, you will play a key role in managing project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high-quality technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through design, technical delivery, and construction phases
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
• Produce and review technical documentation and specifications
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate

About You – Architect

• Qualified Architect with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Proven experience leading projects within a UK architectural practice
• Strong technical and construction knowledge
• Proven experience using Revit and NBS Chorus
• Experience working under traditional and design & build procurement routes
• Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills
• Effective communicator with leadership and team management experience
• Good understanding of contracts, regulations, and industry standards
• Experience across all RIBA stages, including contract administration (desirable)

The salary range for this role is £35,000 – £45,000
