Konker is recruiting for an Architect to join an established, multi-disciplinary consultancy as they open a new office in Chorley.

Driven by a growing workload and increasing demand for projects within the healthcare sector, the business is expanding its Northwest presence and is looking to recruit multiple team members to support this exciting next phase.

With over 50 professionals across Architecture, Building Surveying and Project Management, the consultancy delivers projects across the Healthcare, Education, Industrial & Logistics, and Defence sectors. Healthcare experience is highly desirable for this position.

The Role

an Architect, you’ll get exposure to a range of healthcare projects while supporting the wider architectural team / Senior staff. You’ll liaise with clients, planning authorities and conservation officers, helping to drive projects from concept through to completion.

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000-£45,000 DOE
