Architect

Konker is currently recruiting for an Architect to join the Cardiff office of a growing architectural practice. 

With an office based a short walk from Cardiff Central Station, this architectural practice of 12 is easy to get to by train.

Having recently picked up a number of new and exciting projects, they are seeking an Architect who is eager to get stuck into projects in the residential, education, leisure and commercial sectors.

Ideally, you will have some years of experience as an Architect or Project Architect and be motivated to progress/commit to the business.

It is a great opportunity for an individual who has an interest in the management of a business. Some responsibilities will involve running projects, fee proposals and aiding junior staff.

About the Role: Architect

• Work in a variety of sectors – residential, commercial, education.
• Potential to run projects from inception to completion.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit.
• Previous experience as an Architect or Project Architect..
• Long-term progression.
• Fee proposals, train junior staff, and able to work on more than one project at a time.
