Architectural Technician
Apply nowKonker is working with a residential design practice that is seeking an Architectural Technician to join their growing team, supporting the delivery of high-quality residential working drawing packages for leading national and regional housebuilders.
They work with some of the UK’s major developers and pride themselves on delivering accurate, responsive and thoroughly considered design packages.
The Role: Architectural Technician
You will be responsible for producing detailed construction and working drawing packages for residential developments, including:
- Standard and bespoke housing types
- Apartment / flat schemes
- Technical detailing and construction packages
- Working closely with volume housebuilder clients
About You: Architectural Technician
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential working drawings / technical delivery
- Strong experience working with volume housebuilders
- Knowledge of both standard and bespoke house / flat design
- Excellent technical detailing and construction drawing ability
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Revit experience beneficial but not essential
What’s on offer:
- Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 depending on experience
- Performance Bonus: Annual Christmas bonus
- Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays plus Christmas shutdown (normally 3 additional days)
- Hybrid Working: After successful completion of 4-month probation (2 days WFH)
