With a handful of flagship and award winning projects, you could be working on a range of really different and interesting residential projects from bespoke housing, care homes to glamping and adventure parks!

About the practice
With 20 years’ experience establishing themselves in the Midlands, this practice work around the country and are now looking to expand their team with an ambitious and versatile experienced Architectural Technologist who has experience working on a range of residential projects.
With a varied portfolio, this practice has won several awards for their designs and are able to offer you a range of projects in sectors such as high end residential, leisure, healthcare, commercial and heritage to name a few. They are utilising the latest technologies so experience using packages such as AutoCAD and Revit would be highly advantageous.
We are looking for an Architectural Technologist with good technical RIBA stage 4 skills, through to onsite and successful handover experience – is this you?
Ideally their next hire will be chartered or working towards, but they’re able to offer support to MCIAT through the right type of projects and financially. They offer hybrid working, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, amongst client / site visits. Core hours are between 1000 & 1600 with flexibility on start and finish times.
