A growing RIBA-chartered practice in Harrogate is looking to add an Architectural Technologist to its team. It’s a family-run business established for 20 years, known for delivering bespoke homes, refurbishments, conservation work and selected commercial projects across Yorkshire and the North.

This would suit an Architectural Technologist with at least 2 years’ experience who wants to build on solid residential project work and get involved in a broader mix of schemes.

You’ll join a team of architects, designers and technologists working closely together from concept through to completion, so there’s good exposure and a clear chance to keep developing.

You’ll be involved in high-end residential, housing, conservation and commercial projects, producing technical information, supporting project delivery and helping move jobs through planning, technical design and construction stages.

The role: Architectural Technologist

• Producing technical drawings and construction information
• Supporting planning and Building Regulations submissions
• Assisting project teams across all stages of a project
• Making sure designs meet current Building Regulations and technical standards
• Taking a practical approach to problem-solving, deadlines and budgets
• Attending site inspections and supporting project running, depending on your experience
