Associate – Director Building Surveyor

Circa £75,000 – £92,000 DOE (salary negotiable depending on experience)
Exceptionally Generous Performance Bonus

Remote-first ( infrequent ad hoc London office visits | clients predominantly London & South East)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the full spectrum of Building Surveying services
  • Work predominantly across commercial office, retail, residential, and student sectors
  • Lead and manage dilapidations instructions (landlord & tenant)
  • Undertake project design and contract administration on refurbishment and fit-out schemes
  • Complete building surveys, schedules of condition, reinstatement cost assessments, and monitor tenant alterations
  • Support project management duties, including exposure to D&B contracts
  • Work autonomously while developing and maintaining strong relationships with an established portfolio of major occupier and landlord clients

About You

  • MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor 
  • Comfortable working autonomously with a high level of responsibility
  • Commercially aware and client focused 
  • Continuous experience with core Building Surveying 
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • UK driving licence
