Associate Interior Designer

Konker is working with a large, employee-owned practice that is looking for an Associate Interior Designer to join their team in Bristol (one of 9 offices)!

This is a key leadership position within a growing and diverse team, offering the opportunity to lead both complex standalone commissions and large-scale multidisciplinary projects, with a particular emphasis on commercial repositioning and adaptive reuse.

You will play a leading role in securing new business opportunities, using your presentation and client engagement skills to win new commissions and strengthen the practice’s commercial presence. Working closely with clients, you will build trusted relationships and provide commercially focused design guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role also offers the opportunity to drive innovation through sustainable and circular design principles, helping to create adaptable, future-focused spaces. Alongside project leadership responsibilities, you will support and mentor junior team members, helping to nurture and develop emerging talent within the studio.

The salary range for this role is £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience.

About you: Associate Interior Designer
