An established, family-founded multi-disciplinary practice based in Devizes is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their growing team.
With over 50 years of industry presence, this firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality Architectural and Building Surveying services across residential and commercial sectors.

The practice provides a wide range of services including project work, contract administration, cost consultancy, and professional building surveying advice.
The Role
- Conduct measured surveys and prepare detailed reports
- Manage project contracts, specifications, and tender documentation
- Oversee cost control, budgeting, and quantity surveying (desirable)
- Carry out contract administration and project management duties
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
The Person
- Senior or Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS desirable)
- Experience within residential and/or commercial sectors
- Strong contract administration and project delivery skills
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
