With the launch of their brand-new office in Watford this March, they’re looking to bring on board a talented Senior Building Surveyor / Project Manager to help drive their next chapter.

Working closely with another experienced consultant, you’ll play a central role in shaping landmark projects and helping to steer the business toward continued growth and excellence. Specialising in the Education and Commercial sectors, the team tackles a diverse mix of high-impact projects—from new build developments and fire safety upgrades to cladding replacements and modern ventilation systems.

The Role:

• Preparing design specifications and feasibility studies for various projects
• Overseeing contract administration and project management duties
• Conducting condition surveys and asset management planning
• Communicating effectively with clients and managing client relationships
• Supporting the bid writing team with business development and tender submissions
• Assisting with any other tasks that support the successful delivery of projects

The Person:

• A degree in Building Surveying (RICS-accredited preferred)
• Chartered Membership (RICS, CIOB, or MAPM) is preferred but candidates working towards chartership will also be considered
• Full driving license and access to own vehicle
