The Position:
  
As a BDM, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing those accounts and working closely with your clients to understands the aims. Being able to consultatively work with them to provide a strategic offering that allows them to hit the branding and revenue goals through sponsorship and other opportunities at the event.
  
You’ll be working alongside the Event Director and other senior members to drive new business forward, overcome challenges and create fresh ideas. We’re looking for someone to bring something different to the team.
  
We want someone creative, ambitious, driven and a winner. Someone who knows that sale is about conversations, being genuinely interested in adding value and making a difference.
  
This role is hybrid, 3 days a week in London. 2 days during the week are set, with the other up to you when you go in.

• Sponsorship experience – upwards over £350k generated consistently

• Ability to win new business through several channels
