The Business:
  
This business is an international Events and Media organisation operating across the UK, US and Europe. With 200+ people working within the business across the world, the UK team are now looking to develop and grow.
  
They prioritise offering value-led events across exhibitions and conferences to C-Level professionals, focusing on positions rather than industry!
  
With a new leadership team in place, this business has set it’s growth targets for 2025 and a large part of that focus in on the development of the UK team.
  
With the HQ in Shoreditch, you’re in a prime location in terms of commute and socials!
  
  
The Position:
  
The title remains fairly open for this role, it’s more about what you’ll actually be doing. You’ll be part of the sales team with the UK, working with a team of 10+.
  
You’ll be responsible for prospecting new clients to educate, build relationships and bring on as your clients. Offering them a different type of sponsorship solution that the ‘norm’.
  
This business prides itself on being able to be flexible, listen to their client’s needs and offering bespoke solutions for their event requirements.
  
With a new Commercial Director in place, they are making it their priority to develop, guide and mentor this team into a fully functioning, enjoyable and successful sales team.
  
You’ll receive hands-on training, feedback and mentorship from seniors that have been in the industry for over 20 years. You’ll be part of a larger team, bouncing ideas of one another.

The role is 5 days a week in the office, however, the location, the career opportunities, growth journey, salary and comms, more than sell this opportunity!
  
About you:
  
We’re looking for someone who at least 2 years of sales experience under their belt. This doesn’t have to be within events, it could be media and advertising.
  
We’re looking for someone with outbound prospecting experience, from cold-calling, emails and virtual meetings.
