We’re working with a leading specialist in high-performance, business-critical environments and they’re looking for an experienced MEP Commissioning Manager to join their team and take the lead on major projects across the M3/M4 corridor.

The Role:
As Commissioning Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the end-to-end commissioning process for complex MEP systems from early planning to successful handover. You’ll work across a range of critical projects, including data centres and highly technical environments, ensuring everything runs to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full commissioning strategy across all project stages.
- Conduct reviews and develop commissioning plans/reports.
- Chair commissioning meetings, track issues, and manage all testing documentation.
- Oversee FAT, SAT, and IST through all levels (1–5).
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
- Drive compliance, reporting, and health & safety standards.
- Support client training, documentation, and final handover processes.
About You:
- ONC, HND or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- A solid background in commissioning management.
- Experience in critical environments with some data centre exposure required, even if minimal.
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
