The Business:
A global solutions provider who operate across the globe, with their HQ here in Exeter. A business who innovates, doesn’t stand still and continues to grow year on year.

They operate across the defence industry, working with organisations across the world to deliver training, diagnostics and machinery repairs. With large contracts across the world, this is a global business and a chance for you to be a part of that.
  
The Role:
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the strategy and execution. You’ll be standalone marketeer, for now. With the idea for the department to grow.

You’ll of course have the wider support from the team and key stakeholders guiding you.

You’ll work with Directors and the wider team to understand goals and what the marketing needs to look like. Driving brand awareness, working on tone of voice, website updates and working on key events and with sponsors to ensure the brand is out there with existing and new clients.

We’re looking for a marketing professional who has experience and knowledge across all forms of marketing. From content, social media, email marketing, etc.

Alongside the above, we want someone who is ambitious, wants to grow, likes moving at a fast paced and can see the long-term plan over quick wins.
