About the company?
This Building Services specific consultancy have been operating across the country for the last 8 years and are now up to a strong team of 30 individuals. Due to workload and their ambitious plans, they are now looking to complement their growing team with an MEP BIM Technician in their new London office – ideally with a 5 years plus experience and able to hit the ground running. They’re an ambitious bunch of individuals with plans to add more offices to their roster – with this London office being new and the area growing, there is plenty of opportunity to move into the BIM Manager role, if that’s what you’re after. 

The successful candidate will have sound a Building Services understanding and be able to use software packages such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks for example. All of their work is exclusively done using BIM and you will be complementing a small team of other BIM professionals within the business.
