You’ll be joining a highly experienced paid media team where learning, development and progression are genuinely encouraged from day one.
The Role:
As Paid Media Executive, you’ll support the delivery and optimisation of campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure across multiple paid channels while working closely with wider channel teams and experienced marketers.
It’s a great fit for someone early in their paid media career who is analytical, proactive and keen to develop within a fast-paced agency environment.
What You’ll Do:
– Support the setup, optimisation and management of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
– Carry out keyword research, audience targeting and campaign analysis
– Monitor budgets, pacing and performance data
– Support reporting, insights and recommendations across client accounts
– Work closely with wider teams to deliver integrated campaigns
– Contribute to client calls, meetings and campaign planning
About You:
– Some experience in paid media, digital marketing or a related role
– Strong interest in paid search, paid social and performance marketing
– Analytical mindset with confidence working with data and reporting
– Good communication and organisational skills
– Eager to learn and develop within a collaborative agency environment
– Agency experience is beneficial but not essential
The Package:
– £32,000 depending on experience
– Hybrid working (3 days in the Leeds office, 2 from home)
