About the company?
This Building Services specific consultancy have been operating across the country for the last 6 years and are now up to a strong team of 50 individuals across 4 offices. Due to workload and their ambitious plans, they are now looking to add a Principal Mechanical Engineer to their friendly and already successful team – someone with proven Building Services Design experience, in a consultancy, contractor or client-side environment.

Operating on all sides of building services design – mechanical, electrical, sustainability, BIM and public health, this consultancy have built a strong reputation across the country and are looking to establish themselves even more in the next few years around the North. They are a medium sized practice who working in a huge range of sectors such as education, hospitals, residential and retail to name a few.

Their office in total is 16 people and you could be leading a small design team of around 5 individuals, depending on the size of the projects, with more progression once you’ve joined and settled in.

The projects they’re currently working on include two DFE £35M new build secondary schools, the early stages of a leisure centre and numerous office blocks – ideally they will recruit an all-rounder, with experience in a few different sectors.

They are known for their impressive designs, work in all project sectors and are offering an opportunity to be part of a growing business as well as personal development. Their Leeds office handle most of the detailed design, but they collaborate closely together and have work around the country. They can offer one to one support as well as all the latest technologies to assist you with your work.
