This is a specialist Critical Infrastructure business delivering design, build and maintenance solutions across Data Centres and other technically demanding environments.

The business has grown significantly and continues to expand its project portfolio across the UK, providing the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineering, project and commercial teams.

As a CI Project Estimator, you’ll provide commercial support to help win projects, estimating key elements including electrical systems, plant and subcontract packages across Electrical, Mechanical and Fabric.

You’ll review drawings and specifications, carry out take-offs, identify risks and opportunities, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, contribute to value engineering and help compile final tender submissions.

What are they looking for?
Ideally, you’ll have around 2+ years’ experience in Building Services Estimating, with proven experience estimating Data Centre, comms room or Critical Infrastructure projects.

An Electrical / Building Services engineering background would be beneficial, alongside an understanding of wider MEP systems. Experience with Trimble is advantageous.
