An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading UK construction and property consultancy delivering complex projects across a diverse client portfolio. This role offers the chance to oversee projects from inception through to completion, working across a range of sectors including healthcare, commercial, industrial, public sector, and refurbishment schemes.
You will play a key role in managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. The position would suit a commercially aware and client-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.

Responsibilities:
• Manage projects through all stages from feasibility to completion
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal project teams
• Monitor programme, budget, risk, and overall project performance
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting
• Manage procurement processes and support contract administration
• Oversee change control procedures and financial management
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality standards and timelines
Experience:
• Proven experience delivering construction projects across pre-construction and delivery phases
• Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management, Surveying, or similar
• Professional membership such as RICS, CIOB, APM, or equivalent
• Experience within MEP or building services projects
