Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + commission (dependent on experience)

Konker Group is recruiting for a Senior Architect / Associate Architect to head up the Exeter office of a successful and expanding architecture practice.
 
This role is ideal for someone looking to make their mark: whether you’re a motivated senior ready to step into leadership, or a seasoned Architect with director-level experience and a wealth of knowledge to bring, this is your chance to build something exciting.
 
The practice already has projects to get you started, but longer-term, they’re looking for someone who will bring in new opportunities and become a real star player for the business.
 
The Position: Senior Architect / Associate Architect / Director

• ARB-registered Architect with strong design and technical ability
• Experience running and delivering projects independently
• Client-facing, commercially aware, and confident, building relationships
• A natural leader, whether stepping up into office leadership or bringing years of director-level experience
• Someone excited by the challenge of growing and shaping a studio, not just maintaining it
• Strong Revit skills or willingness to develop further 

You’ll receive a salary of £50,000-£55,000 plus commission on new business, with the chance to lead, grow, and put your stamp on a regional office.

Expect varied projects, a supportive and sociable culture, and a clear pathway to senior leadership within a respected UK practice.
 
Initial interviews will be held via MS Teams, followed by a visit to the Head Office to get a full feel for the practice and meet the wider team.
