About the opportunity
This consultancy provides mechanical and electrical building services design, net zero carbon, and responsible building advice for a wide range of developments including commercial, offices, industrial, residential and private medical projects. They have earned themselves a great reputation for their services and high-quality output.
They have a Sustainability team of around 10 individuals and we’re now hoping to add another member to their growing and very successful team! This is an employee-owned business with a multi-disciplined team of 38 engineers/consultants.
They’re in an amazing, city centre location office which has recently been refurbished, so a great place to be! Also offering an element of flexible working! They are looking for a Sustainability Consultant who is ideally already BREEAM AP, but we will consider more junior individuals.

What are they looking for:
- Proven experience working in a BREEAM specific position, or similar.
- Ideally BREEAM AP, but not essential.
- Ability to run own jobs and prioritize workload effectively.
