  1. The Recommendation & Relax prize draw is promoted by Konker. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Konker and its associated companies.
  2. To enter, participants must recommend a professional working within one of Konker’s core industries via the official referral form.
  3. Konker’s core industries are: Architecture, Engineering, Building Surveying, Events, Marketing and Sales.
  4. Recommenders must confirm they have the referred individual’s consent to share their contact details with Konker.
  5. A recommendation is valid once the recommended individual completes a qualifying phone conversation with a member of the Konker team.
  6. One entry is awarded per valid recommendation. There is no limit to the number of recommendations per person.
  7. Recommendations are not eligible if the recommended individual has been in contact with Konker within the six months prior to the recommendation being submitted.
  8. Konker’s internal records will be used to determine eligibility and are final.
  9. Recommending yourself is not a valid recommendation and will not be entered into the draw.
  10. A minimum of 25 valid recommendations must be received within a calendar quarter for the prize draw to take place.
  11. If fewer than 25 valid recommendations are received, all eligible entries will roll over into the next calendar quarter.
  12. One winner will be selected at random at the end of each qualifying calendar quarter.
  13. The prize is a £1,000 Virgin Experience voucher.
  14. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize is available.
  15. Use of the prize is subject to Virgin Experience’s own terms and conditions.
  16. The winner will be contacted directly. With consent, the winner may be announced publicly.
  17. Konker reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw at any time.
  18. Personal data will be processed in line with Konker’s Privacy Policy.
