  1. The Refer & Relax prize draw is promoted by Konker. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Konker and its associated companies.
  2. To enter, participants must refer a professional working within one of Konker’s core industries via the official referral form.
  3. Konker’s core industries are: Architecture, Engineering, Building Surveying, Events, Marketing and Sales.
  4. Referrers must confirm they have the referred individual’s consent to share their contact details with Konker.
  5. A referral is valid once the referred individual completes a qualifying phone conversation with a member of the Konker team.
  6. One entry is awarded per valid referral. There is no limit to the number of referrals per person.
  7. Referrals are not eligible if the referred individual has been in contact with Konker within the six months prior to the referral being submitted.
  8. Konker’s internal records will be used to determine eligibility and are final.
  9. A minimum of 25 valid referrals must be received within a calendar quarter for the prize draw to take place.
  10. If fewer than 25 valid referrals are received, all eligible entries will roll over into the next calendar quarter.
  11. One winner will be selected at random at the end of each qualifying calendar quarter.
  12. The prize is a £1,000 Virgin Experience voucher.
  13. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize is available.
  14. Use of the prize is subject to Virgin Experience’s own terms and conditions.
  15. The winner will be contacted directly. With consent, the winner may be announced publicly.
  16. Konker reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw at any time.
  17. Personal data will be processed in line with Konker’s Privacy Policy.
