Maddi embarked on her career at Konker as a Marketing Coordinator after a couple of years embedding herself into the ever-evolving marketing industry. She joined Konker to lead an integral part of the company’s growth and is influential in building our brand awareness, creating new business through candidate & client attraction, and enhancing our client services. She is an extension of the recruitment team and is building a critical marketing function for the company’s success. She’s also one-half of The Konkering Pod’s hosts, interviewing guests from a wide range of sectors, unpicking their journey, and understanding their definition of success.

Maddi has a creative and analytical mind; she loves introducing new ideas to capture attention and delving into the depths of google analytics to spot trends and opportunities. She constantly wants to add value to our audience and is becoming an expert in all things employer branding related!

I love staying active by going to the gym, running, or enjoying a scenic coastal walk with an ice-cream stop! I can’t say no to a shopping or pamper day and I love a good podcast.
