Konker Group is recruiting for a Junior Architectural Technician to join a growing architectural practice based on the outskirts of North Bristol.
This position is well suited to someone starting out in their career, whether you’ve recently graduated or have up to a couple of years of industry experience.
The practice is open to applications from individuals with the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach. Due to the rural location of the office, a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
The role will involve working across both the planning and technical teams, with a focus on planning work. You’ll support the delivery of residential projects for regional and national housebuilders.
The Role: Junior Architectural Technician
- Produce planning drawing sets
- Create house types, elevations, street scenes, and layouts
- Use AutoCAD and Photoshop to produce design work
- Contribute to both planning and technical aspects of projects
The salary for this role is £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience. An immediate start is available if applicable.
