You’ll work on live projects across RIBA stages, from design through to delivery on site, contributing to a studio culture that pairs design-led thinking with strong technical delivery.

The Architect role, day to day:

• Working live projects across multiple RIBA stages, from concept and design through to delivery on site.
• Producing detailed design and technical packages.
• Engaging with clients, consultants and contractors across live schemes.
• Applying UK Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act and CDM requirements.
• Contributing to the design and technical culture of the Brighton studio.

What we’re looking for in this Architect:

• A few years of UK post-qualification experience with a solid delivery track record.
• Strong Revit skills across live project stages.
• Confident across design and technical stages, comfortable client-facing.

• A clear communicator and collaborative team player.

• A varied project mix across multiple sectors, keeping the week-to-week work interesting.
• A long-standing practice with substantial heritage and a strong conservation and sustainability thread running through the portfolio.
• A design-led culture that takes the technical delivery side seriously.
• Central Brighton studio, close to public transport, strong South Coast lifestyle.
• A studio with wider studio infrastructure behind it, so support and progression are built in.
