Senior Architectural Technologist

Konker is working with a multi-award-winning architecture and building consultancy practice in Huddersfield that is looking to strengthen its team with an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist.
 
With an increasingly urgent need for additional technical expertise, the practice wants someone who can hit the ground running and support a growing workload across residential fire safety, healthcare, and PFI remediation projects.
 
This is a predominantly technical and detailing-focused position, suited to an experienced professional who is confident delivering construction information and coordinating projects from a technical perspective.
 
You will play an important role in supporting project delivery, producing high-quality technical packages and working closely with clients, colleagues and other project stakeholders. 
 
The practice is ideally looking to appoint someone on a permanent, full-time basis, although it may consider an experienced contractor as an interim solution while the search for the right permanent candidate continues.
  
You will join an established technical team comprising six technologists and two architects, supported by surveyors and other built-environment professionals. The wider office has approximately 100 people, including central finance, HR and a substantial technical team.
