Architectural Technologist role in the Sussex studio.
- Focus on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Heavily involved from technical design through to delivery.
- You’ll be working on technical stages and examples of detailing are needed.
- To be considered you must have proven experience using Revit in practice for over 2 years.
Company size
- Mid-sized practice, part of a wider group.
- Three studios in the UK.
- Big enough for good support and progression, small enough to know people
Project scales / types
- Mainly mid to large UK projects (multi-unit residential / mixed use).
- Typical schemes are multi-million-pound construction values.
- Good level of complexity for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving.
CIAT
- Very technologist-friendly culture.
- Chartered Architectural Technologists (CIAT) in senior roles.
- CIAT routes are recognised and supported, not an “architects only” environment
