An established Nottingham architecture practice is hiring an Architectural Technologist to join its team. A varied workload across multiple sectors, strong Revit-led delivery, and exposure to large-scale schemes alongside smaller technical briefs.

You’ll produce technical drawings and project information across live schemes, working with the wider design team and supporting delivery through the technical and construction stages.

The Architectural Technologist role, day to day:

• Producing technical drawing packages and project information in Revit across live projects.
• Coordinating with architects, consultants and contractors through the technical stages.
• Applying UK Building Regulations and CDM requirements as part of the day job.
• Supporting site queries and project delivery across the sector mix.
• Contributing to detailing and buildability decisions on live schemes.

What we’re looking for in this Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant qualifications (CIAT or similar) and a couple of years of UK practice experience.
• Strong Revit skills across live project stages.
• Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing.
• Confident coordinating with other disciplines and communicating clearly.
• Organised, self-starting, and comfortable managing your own workload.
