Senior Architectural Technologist

Konker is working with an award-winning practice in Cardiff, in a central location that is on the lookout for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team.

They are known for their expertise across a range of sectors such as bluelight, industrial, residential, commercial and education.

They are looking for somebody with 3+ years post qualification experience to oversee the entire construction project life cycle.

About you – Senior Architectural Technologist

• 3+ years’ post qualification experience including leading projects.
• Demonstrable software skills, particularly in the use of Revit and NBS Chorus.
• Exceptional knowledge of technical and construction information.
• Experience in delivering architectural projects under traditional and design & build procurement routes.
• Client focus & commercial awareness with experience of establishing and consolidating relationships to identify and realise business opportunities.
• Collaborative team player with good motivation, influencing, people management and delegation skills.
• Experience of all RIBA Plan of Work stages from inception to traditional contract administration (desirable).
• Legal knowledge relating to contracts, regulations, codes etc.

The salary range for this role is £30,000 – £40,000
