An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Engineer / Building Physics Engineer to join a growing Building Services consultancy with a strong reputation within the healthcare sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to broaden their skillset, combining mechanical design with thermal modelling, energy analysis and sustainable building design.

The Role:
Working within a close-knit team, you’ll be involved in both Mechanical Building Services Design and Building Physics projects across a diverse portfolio of schemes, with a particular focus on healthcare and decarbonisation projects. You’ll undertake thermal modelling, heat loss and cooling load calculations, energy assessments and sustainable design analysis while also supporting the delivery of mechanical building services designs. The role offers genuine variety, project ownership and the opportunity to develop into a key technical figure within a growing business.

What We’re Looking For:
• Mechanical Building Services or Building Physics experience
• Strong IESVE modelling experience
• Experience undertaking thermal modelling and building performance analysis
• LCEA qualification desirable
• Mechanical Design experience highly advantageous
• Ambitious, proactive and technically minded approach
