Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join a long-established multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy at their Nottingham office.

You’ll join a growing Nottingham team, working alongside architects, surveyors, engineers, project managers, sustainability consultants and QSs.
A solid role if you want to be involved in more than just drawing work.

You’ll work across public sector, secure infrastructure, commercial, education, and residential projects, with a strong focus on technical delivery, coordination and buildable design.

The Architectural Technologist role, day to day:

You’ll produce technical drawings, support planning and tender packages, coordinate with internal and external consultants, and help move projects through the later RIBA stages.

You’ll also get involved in:

• Detailed design and technical drawing packages.
• Revit and AutoCAD production work.
• Building Regulations and technical compliance.
• Consultant and contractor coordination.
• Site queries and project delivery support.
• Working across multidisciplinary project teams.

What we’re looking for in an Architectural Technologist:
Experience as an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician within a UK practice or consultancy.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.
• Good technical detailing ability.
• Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience producing technical packages.
• Confidence coordinating with other disciplines.
• A practical, organised approach to project delivery.
