Architect – Manchester

Konker is seeking a Project Architect to join the Manchester studio of a well-known AJ100 practice.

We are seeking a Project Architect to join the practice and play a key role in leading project delivery across a varied portfolio of work.
 
This practice has three offices, with the Manchester office having 10 employees and around 75 employees across the firm overall. 

We are looking for somebody who has strong design and technical capabilities and confidence in managing projects, working closely with clients and leading teams through project delivery.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to project delivery and play a role in the continued growth of the practice.
  
The Role: Project Architect

• Lead architectural design and project delivery across multiple stages
• Manage project programmes, resources and client relationships
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and wider design teams
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and project requirements
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to design reviews and technical development
• Central Manchester location

Salary: £39,000 – £45,000 DOE
