Architectural Technician / Architect

Konker is working with a practice on the outskirts of Cardiff who are seeking a project leading Architect or Architectural Technician to join them.  

The team is small, so it would suit someone who wants broader involvement and quicker development across a mix of residential, commercial, and retail work.

You will get real project running exposure and there is opportunity to progress within the practice to a senior leadership role in the future. 

The role: Architect / Architectural Technician

• You will gain project running experience across all RIBA stages (not stuck on one part of the process)
• Future progression opportunities
• Work with Revit daily
• Variety of projects, so the portfolio stays broad
• Close-knit team where contribution is visible

What’s required for the role:

• 3 -5 years of post qualification experience 
• Project leading experience or be ready to step into that level of role
• Some UK practice experience
• Comfortable juggling multiple live jobs and deadlines
• Proven experience using Revit in a professional environment 

The salary range for this role is £37,000 – £44,000 depending on experience.
