An established architecture practice with a national footprint is hiring a Project Architect for its Northamptonshire studio. Broad sector portfolio, a long-standing reputation across the UK, and a varied workload that keeps things interesting week to week.

You’ll run live projects from concept through to on-site delivery, working across a mix of sectors and often collaborating with colleagues at other studios across the country.

The Project Architect role, day to day:

• Running live projects across the RIBA stages, from feasibility through to construction on site.
• Producing design and technical packages, with strong oversight of delivery and quality.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors on complex briefs.
• Working across a broad sector mix (education, healthcare, heritage, residential and more).
• Collaborating with the wider studio network on cross-office projects.

What we’re looking for in this Project Architect:

• ARB registered, RIBA Part 3 qualified.
• Several years of UK post-qualification experience, with a track record of running projects.
• Strong Revit skills across live project stages.
• Confident client-facing, comfortable representing the practice on live jobs.
• Broad sector experience welcomed; the practice values people who can work across brief types.
• A clear communicator and collaborative team player.
