Senior Architect / Associate

Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architect looking to progress into an Associate role, or an existing Associate, to join a growing architectural team in a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy’s London office.
  
This is a particularly exciting opportunity for someone who wants to help establish and shape a London architecture team, working closely with two other established offices.
  
The business already has secured projects and a strong pipeline across London and the Southeast, so you won’t be expected to bring in work.
  
Instead, you’ll play a key role in developing the architectural presence in London, with plans to grow the team to around 5–7 people over the next 2–3 years. At the moment, the London office has 18 staff.
  
The role would suit a confident Senior Architect ready for the next step, or an experienced Associate looking for a new challenge.

• £50,000–£55,000 initially, potentially up to £60,000 depending on experience

Healthcare experience would be highly beneficial, with the wider portfolio predominantly focused on low- to medium-density residential. High-rise experience would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
