Konker is working with a well-established architectural practice on the outskirts of Leeds that is looking to strengthen its team with an experienced Architect.

With an exciting pipeline of projects across residential, education, and sport and leisure, this is an opportunity to join a busy practice with a varied workload and some interesting schemes moving forward.

Current and upcoming projects include high-end residential developments across the Bradford and York areas, education and school projects, and sport and leisure centres. Several projects are progressing quickly towards construction, including schemes involving tier-one contractors.

The practice is known for its technical strength and well-managed approach to project delivery. It offers an established working environment, a strong team of built-environment professionals and the opportunity to contribute to projects across a range of sectors.

You’ll be involved in coordinating projects, developing design and technical information, and overseeing the production of drawing packages. The role will suit an Architect who is comfortable working independently, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and reporting back to project leads throughout the delivery process.

The practice is open to Architects from a range of project backgrounds. Sector-specific experience isn’t essential, although a good technical understanding and the ability to coordinate projects through the various stages will be important.

The office uses Revit, so experience with the software would be advantageous. However, candidates with strong technical experience using alternative packages will also be considered if they are confident in their ability to learn Revit.
