Architectural Technologist

Konker is working with a well-established architectural practice on the outskirts of Leeds that is looking to strengthen its team with an Architectural Technologist.

The practice has an exciting pipeline of projects across residential, education, and sport and leisure, offering the opportunity to work on a varied range of schemes rather than being tied to one particular sector.

Current and upcoming projects include high-end residential developments across the Bradford and York areas, education and school projects, and sport and leisure centres. A number of schemes are progressing quickly towards site, including projects involving tier-one contractors.

Known for its strong technical capabilities and well-managed project delivery, this is a great opportunity to join a practice with an established reputation and a busy workload moving forward.

You’ll be involved in producing technical drawing packages, coordinating project information and supporting project delivery, working alongside experienced colleagues and reporting back to project leads.

The practice is looking for someone with a good level of technical experience who can work independently, take responsibility for their workload and contribute to the delivery of projects.

The practice uses Revit, but candidates without Revit experience will be considered if they have a strong technical background and are confident they can learn it. Experience across residential or education projects would be particularly useful, although sector-specific experience isn’t essential.

What’s on Offer?

• Salary of £30,000-£35,000, depending on experience.
• The opportunity to work across residential, education, and sport and leisure projects.
• Involvement in exciting schemes progressing through to construction.
• The chance to join a well-established and technically strong architectural practice.
• A varied workload and the opportunity to develop your technical experience.

If you are an Architectural Technologist looking for your next opportunity on the outskirts of Leeds, we’d love to hear from you.
