What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage building surveying projects across various sectors, overseeing teams to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes.
  • Provide expert technical advice on building condition surveys, dilapidations, refurbishment, and contract administration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex construction and regulatory challenges.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to their professional development.
  • Cultivate new client relationships and develop existing ones to support business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, legislation, and best practices, including the latest building safety regulations.

The Person:

  • MRICS qualified with substantial experience in building surveying consultancy.
  • Comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams and working directly with clients.
  • Strong communicator, confident in delivering presentations and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in contract administration (JCT/NEC) and familiar with UK building regulations.
  • Holds a valid UK driving licence and open to agile working around the South East and Central London.
