Looking for an Associate Director role where you can help lead a team, influence project delivery and play a key part in the wider growth of an East Midlands Building Services business?
We’re working with an established consultancy looking to strengthen its Nottingham leadership team with an experienced Building Services professional.

The Nottingham office has around 25 people and sits within a wider East Midlands business of approximately 55 across 3 offices.
The regional teams work closely together, sharing workload and resources across a broad range of sectors. Current work includes major healthcare projects across the East Midlands alongside education, private schools and residential schemes.
This is a key appointment for the business. They’re looking for someone who can provide day-to-day leadership, support the existing management team, develop people and contribute to the continued growth of the wider East Midlands operation.
It could suit an established Associate Director, or an ambitious Associate / Principal who is ready to take on broader leadership responsibility.
