CDM Advisor
Apply nowKonker is recruiting for a CDM Advisor to join a RIBA practice, based in Harrogate, who specialise in Industrial, logistics and residential sectors.
This practice has recently moved to a brand-new office with easily commutable links from Leeds/Bradford etc and does not require travelling into central Harrogate. They also have an office in Leeds, which you can work from, except on Mondays when a whole team meeting is held in the Harrogate head office.
The role is suited to an experienced CDM professional who enjoys both project delivery and developing client relationships. You’ll take a lead role in advising across a range of projects while also supporting business growth and identifying new opportunities.
The position: CDM Advisor
- Deliver CDM Advisor / Principal Designer services across multiple projects
- Support project teams through all RIBA stages
- Attend client meetings and lead project discussions
- Contribute to business development activities and help generate new work opportunities
- Work closely with architects, consultants, and wider project teams
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Experience within industrial, logistics, or residential sectors would be advantageous

The salary for this position could range between £40,000 to £50,000 depending on previous experience.
